"The final checkered flag is in sight for Fox Sports’ longtime NASCAR announcer Darrell Waltrip. The retiring Hall of Famer will call his last race at season’s end in June."link: YahooI can hear the cheering already.

He will NOT be sorely missed. I read the comments at the end of the article, and people are glad to see him going...#MeToo!
I didn't care for his big mouth when he drove, and I've felt likewise about his announcing. I just hope he takes his brother with him!

DW was the first driver I rooted for(cause my boyfriend at the time did) Love him to death but he drives me batty as an announcer! It is the end of an era. Wonder how long before they get rid of Mikey!?

I never cared for him either, soooo will not miss him! Hope they get someone good to take his place! Of course still like nbc better because of Dale Jarrett and Jeff Burton!😘😊
