An interesting year. We introduced a new rule for those that fail to post their picks on time. We did not have to use it although there were a few close calls. We had ten individuals playing this year and everyone participated in every race.
This table shows some of the overall averages for the season.

| Jerry | The season started out good with a 6th place finish at Daytona. Atlanta wasn't as favorable and he dropped to 10th place in the overall standings. He claimed 10th place for the remainder of the season. A true fan he never gave up, or maybe Diane just kept posting for him.

| Placed second at Daytona but then had some problems at Texas and Bristol. Came back with a win at Talledega but by then was in 9th place overall. During the Chase she tried to pass jaminT5 but was not able to maintain his pace. She could be depended on to stop in chat almost every week for part of the race.

| Stayed mid pack the first part of the season then slid back to 8th place. During the Chase he lost some ground to 88cars38 but managed a win at Phoenix that cemented his season.

| Started the season in 3rd place and was up to 2nd by Las Vegas. His six wins during the season were at races were everyone else had low scores. By the second Pocono he claimed 7th spot and hung on to it. His Ford teams did well this season but he didn't always pick the correct one. Fire21 could be counted on to be in the chat room on race day.

| Daytona started her season with a 9th place finish. Things improved moving up to 2nd by Fontana. She stayed true to her drivers even when they dropped her down to 8th place. A couple wins and she claimed 6th place at the second Pocono race and hung there for the remainder of the season. A reliable chat room commenter she kept the place alive.

| You would think that someone devoted to SHR would have done much better. All of his drivers made the Chase with four of them in the top ten for the season. By mid season he was in second place for four weeks before things started to slip. A win at Talladega brought him back to 3rd but things changed again and he spent the last four races in 5th.

| With both the highest and lowest wining scores for the season she stayed between 2nd and 4th place all season. She wasn't particularly true to any specific drivers, going with 16 different drivers during the year.

| Started the season with a win at Daytona and stayed in 1st place for the first nine races then dropping to 5th for two races in the Chase. A win at Martinsville brought her back to 4th and then was able to claw her way back to 3rd. She holds no loyalty to any driver basing picks strictly on past performance at that track. Her picks included 20 different drivers during the season.

| Started the season solidly in 10th place. From there the only direction was up. She had her favorite drivers only making a few changes during the season. Of course the 18 was always one of her picks. By the fall LV race she was in solid 2nd place and not willing to give it up. Being 200 points behind the leader it was difficult to make any progress.

| Daytona started her season with an 8th place standing. A bad start didn't mean anything as she rapidly rose to the top. By the 13th race at Charlotte she was in 1st place and never looked back. There were three races where her score was in the triple digits but other races more than made up to that. She is another that made her picks early in the season and stayed with them.

Congratulations Beth, and to everyone who played. Beth, you made it hard for the rest of us, but that is what competing is about.
Ilene, you did an excellent job running the game, thank you so much for doing it.
Wish we could get more to play, but it seems that 10 members is all we have. Maybe more will come visit in chat next year??...PLEASE!

Ten people played the game, only 5 bothered to recognize this year's champion. Is that disrespect or just sour grapes?

Those are the only five that have been on Turn2 since 28 November. As far as I know the champion doesn't even know that she won.
