On our trip we saw gas over $4 once, in the Colorado mountains. Saw $4-even once..

We paid between 3.50 and 3.60 at the places we stopped. Seems pretty consistent through Colo, Nebr, So Dak, and Iowa. Saw some places at 3.80 though.

This will probably be a summer of not many campers on the road...

Biden's policies (high prices among other stupid effects)) are going to destroy businesses that depend on tourism. I read today that some Legislators are trying to get Pelousy to reopen the Capital to draw more tourists to Washington, as if the tourists could afford to travel.

I have two trips to Montana. Fifty Plus Two class reunion in July and a grand nephew's wedding in September. By July gas will be well over $5 per gallon.

When we left Montrose this morning, gas was 3.86 at one station, 3.90 at some others.

Paid 4.20 today in Minturn, CO...a small town along I-70. Luckily I only needed 8 gallons.

And I saw 4.00 at stations here in Estes Park, CO.
